Blank Blue Ray Dvd Why Does Blue-ray Do This?

Why does Blue-ray do this? - blank blue ray dvd

OK, I bought a 42 inch 1080i TV and bought a Blu-ray DVD recently. You can use a Blue-ray to a non-definition television, dass So my question is why people who make Blue-ray discs (most certainly) think it's great for photos (in widescreen 2.55:1) in order to open on a TV Game 16: 9? I do not know, television is 2.55:1, right? Fully 30% of the screen of my most expensive real estate is empty!

This is not "the people, the Blue Ray Disc", which determine the aspect ratio of the image. This is the film company to save the picture in the first place to shoot. The aspect ratios than commonly used today in the presentation of films in movie theaters are 1.85:1 and 2.39:1

There are many different aspect ratios exist, and if transferred to a DVD, copied in the ration to keep the details of domestic origin and the dissolution of the film.

To fill Relationships format conversion of inequality by cutting either the original aspect ratio of the recording and added horizontal Mattes (letterbox) or vertically Mattes (pillarboxing) ratio of the original format to receive, either by distorting the image of the receipt of relationship format.

It is a movement to the studios to film in the 16:9 (1.78:1), since the bulk of the profits of a film of today come from DVD sales.
