Starting hormones with both an anti-androgen and estrace? - estrace more drug_warnings_recalls

Whenever I read about trans people in hormones, it seems that usually start taking an anti-androgen for a month, which meant that some estrogen. My doctor wants me to start with Spiralactum two (50 mg twice a day.) And Estrace (1 mg twice daily).

Is this normal / how much? I am not a doctor or anything, but I know it goes against what I read. What do you think?
